A 6-year Pilot, with 5 Organizations participating, creating impressive impact.

Mentorship that…

Broadens horizons

Nurtures leadership

Fosters aspirations

Funded by the Emmanuel Lerner Foundation, the Aspirations Incubator project is a 6-year pilot program. This effort focuses on reaching middle school students at a critical developmental stage and lasting through high school graduation.

Each of the 6 organizations across Maine are trained in the Trekkers Youth Programming Principles. We provide regular consultation to the Aspirations Incubator Program Managers. TTI gives organizations a cross-cohort connection, where the group learns together and from each other as a team of rural Maine youth practitioners with a shared goal.
